Heck yes! Our color options are first come first serve, so the further out you book the greater the chances that you’ll get your first voice. Each bus is unique, and we love helping you customize your fotobus experience to fit in with your event.
Idle time is essentially just down time between the open photo booth hours. For example, you could have the fotobus open for cocktail hour, closed for dinner and re-open for your awesome reception. Idle-time breaks up the open FotoBus hours, so you and your guests can make the most of the party in the bus!
We ask guests to keep in groups of 4, throughout the course of your event. In our experience, when the alcohol is flowing and a ton of people load up, equipment has a tendency to get knocked over! However, toward the end of the night, we allow for special guests to squeeze up to 8 in for a couple of shots.
All we need is a flat place to park, a standard plug within 50 feet of our spot and the person of contact for your venue. If you were referred to us by a venue, chances are we have existing relationships there and are already sorted! If we’re serving a new venue, we’ll need to be in touch with management, to make sure we have all the permissions needed for set up and break down.
Absolutely! We’d be happy to roll up to your backyard birthday party or small biz celebration. . . Pricing for smaller events is more flexible on weekdays, so submit an inquiry or give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate your vision!
We often will travel 60 miles to an event, no problem. For bigger adventures, we might have an overnight fee or need to put one of our girls on a trailer. . . It all depends. We like to think that anything is possible, so let’s chat!
